How We Started
During the latter part of the 1970’s SATCON developed a Heavy Duty Epoxy Flooring System, still known as SATCOFLOR 098.
Through ongoing research and development and “state of the art” improvements, its formulation has undergone many changes because it is a system developed to satisfy a specific objective.
From the development of this initial system, other coating systems have been developed to take care of specific requirements for the various Industries.
Product development is an ongoing requirement of the Company both in the improvement of existing systems and increasing the scope of operations with new systems.
Ongoing technical discussions and meetings are held with raw material suppliers such as Servochem, Air Products etc to include the results of their ongoing research in the systems that SATCON offers.
Wherever possible, technical and practical assistance is given to purchasers of SATCON products.
From the inception of the Company, SATCON has been primarily interested in the application of epoxy compounds to solve problems and has laid great stress upon the quality of our workmanship which is and will remain very high.
